Delivery & Returns Information

We do our best to make delivery simple, affordable and quick so that you can enjoy your order as soon as possible.


UK Delivery 

Coronavirus Update: Business as normal with daily dispatch of dinosaur toy goodies! However, due to the rapidly changing situation there could be disruptions to our service, and as a result, we will be suspending our express delivery service guarantee.

UK Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95. Once despatched your goods are in the hands of Royal Mail, so please allow ample time for delivery to remote areas (like Highlands & islands) and at busy times (especially Christmas).  

UK Express delivery is charged at a flat rate of £7.95. Express orders placed before 1pm, arrive the next working day. So, for example, if you place an order at 4pm on Thursday the order will not be dispatched until Friday for delivery Monday.

International Delivery

Coronavirus Update: International customers may experience a delay in delivery if there are travel restrictions in your country, and as a result, customers will have to take the financial risk if an international order goes astray. 

International delivery is charged at a flat rate of £12.95. Countries available for delivery are listed at the checkout. All you have to do is select your delivery country from the drop-down list to get an updated shipping price. If your country isn't listed, we won't be able to ship to you.

Returning a Toy
We think you'll love your purchases but if you don't, you can return the unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure it gets back to us in a perfectly resellable state - exactly how you would like to receive it. 

Please note that shipping costs can only be refunded if the item is faulty and we need the item back. If this is the case please contact us first to check whether it needs to be returned.

Once we receive the return, your purchase amount will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Here's what to do:

  1. Email us to let us know to expect the return and why. 
  2. Send your return to: Unit 4, Lopen Business Park, Mill Lane, Lopen, Somerset, TA13 5JS, UK. If using Royal Mail we recommend you obtain proof of postage from your post office. All returns must be securely packaged to avoid any damage in return transit using the original packaging or another box, if you prefer.
  3. Get your money back!
